MELAMINE

We inventory the following colors

Melamine is a decorative paper pressed between melamine resin and particle board. Melamine is available in a variety of thicknesses,sheet sizes, colors and textures. We stock White, Grey, Black and Classic Maple, while a variety of colors are stocked at our local suppliers. All other available colors may have minimum quantity orders. It is advisable to check for availability prior to finalizing your selection.

LAMINATE

Laminate

Laminate is a decorative paper pressed between melamine resin and phenolic sheets at high pressure. Laminate is then shop applied to a particle board or MDF substrate with a balanced laminate backer. Laminate thickness varies and sheet sizes can be from 4 ft x 8 ft up to 5 ft x 12 ft for most colors. Each manufacturer has a choice of colors and surface textures to choose from

THERMOFOIL

Vinyl

Thermofoil is a durable vinyl overlay that is applied to MDF with heat and vacuum. Thermofoil is available in a wide range of colors and textures and can also be wrapped around moldings for a matching compliment to your cabinets.

Premium

Premium finishes are factory applied to MDF. A variety of colors and textures are available in PET., acrylic and lacquer with a range of sheens from 90% high gloss to velvet touch super matte finish

PAINT

Paint

We can match any paint color to complement your design scheme. Our paint options includes a smooth finish and 2 levels of texture to increase scratch resistance and durability. Paint is available on any MDF profiled door but not available on assembled wood doors. Our standard white and antique white paint matches our vinyl colors and we use Benjamin Moore as our standard for custom color matching.

WOOD FINISHES

Wood Finishes

Our water based finishes are formulated in house with our own proprietary process. We offer custom stains to match your color palette or choose one of our pre-formulated stains. Top coats can be 5 degree matte up to 40 degree gloss.
